A DAY IN THE LIFE →

\n

As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the hands-on manager of your territory, directing business across the Southwest (S. California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico). You’ll invest your days in the field— traveling with and managing manufacturer reps .

You know strut. You know the distributors, the contractors, the rep agencies—and you’ve put in the miles to prove it. You’re fluent in building those relationships and maintaining accountability, and you bring both the field experience and the business acumen to grow the territory. You’re also wired for teamwork and camaraderie, ready to roll up your sleeves and lead with both grit and service.

LOCATION →

\n

This role covers the Southwest Territory —including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. A Southern California or Phoenix-area home base is strongly preferred. Throughout the year, you will travel to industry events, 6-8 trade shows, as well as visit our new HQ in Canton, OH.

COMPENSATION →

\n

This package includes a very competitive base salary and a generous performance-based bonus.

\n

The package also includes a monthly car allowance, a company phone, laptop, and credit card. Benefits include a 401K company match, excellent medical coverage, PTO & paid holidays. OTE is approximately $140K-$150K.
