About the Role:

As a PRN CNA , you will work on an as-needed basis, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
• Providing medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other treatments as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supporting a positive and respectful environment for all residents, families, and colleagues
