What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in 24/7 in-house NNP coverage, managing approximately 19 patients daily
• Support around 2,700 annual deliveries with neonatal resuscitations and high-risk deliveries
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Conduct daily neonatal rounds and patient management
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Exercise autonomous clinical judgment under physician supervision
• Contribute to a team-oriented, evidence-based, patient safety-focused environment
• Potentially participate in educational programs for rotating medical students

What You Need

• Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and neonatal resuscitation skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local area (relocation may be required)
