Full-Time Receptionist - Faith-Based Addiction Recovery Clinic

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing callers or providing information as needed
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling systems
• Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration and documentation is accurate
• Maintain a calm, welcoming reception area and provide support to patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care

Qualifications

Three to five years of medical office experience is preferred. Candidates should be professional, well organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and an ability to multi-task are essential. A heart for people struggling with addiction and a desire to make a meaningful difference within a faith-centered team are strongly encouraged.
