Help families find their nextNanny or InfantCare Nurse! Work from home online today.

If you know lots of parents, thenthis is a greatopportunity to complete nanny matches andplacements.

Managers are responsible fornetworking with familieswho need part time or full timenannies. You can do this via yoursocial networks, video calls,coffee meet-ups, or even cheese andwine evenings with moms anddads. It's entirely up to you.

Managers helpfamilies identify their exactchildcare needs. Don'tworry, we help you with this!
Managers review, approve and sharenanny candidatesin their area.
Managers interview childcarecandidates via videoor in person, check driving licensesfor identification purposes,review childcare experience,check references, review backgroundchecks and ensuresuitability for each position.
Managers liaise with businessorganizations andmarket NannyPod around their area incommunities, towns and cities.
Managers are the face of NannyPod,representing thecompany as the go-to person who helpsfamilies find childcare.

Requirements

Sales &Marketing Experience
College Degree
Childcare Experience (a plus butnot required)
Business Skills
Strong Networking Skills
Own Transport (aplus but not required)
Able to pass a background check
Autonomous with adesire to run your own business
Extremely organized
Familiar withusing basic mobile apps and software(Email, Calendars, TextMessaging, Social Networking Apps, Video Calling)
