Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology. Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations. Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and CRM tools. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives. Ensure a professional and customer-focused buying experience. Stay informed on inventory, incentives, financing options, and manufacturer programs. Maintain compliance with dealership policies and sales procedures. Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Strong follow-up and prospecting abilities. Valid driver's license required. Preferred Experience Experience with domestic, import, luxury, EV, and performance brands is welcomed.
