Broker Sales District Manager

ADP is hiring a Broker Sales Representative, Major Accounts. This role focuses on selling human resources technology solutions to enterprises with 50 to 999 employees, managing complete sales cycles, and driving strategic discussions with decision-makers. What you'll do You will manage a designated geographic territory, cultivate new business opportunities, and close sales. Key responsibilities include: Sell ADP solutions to executives and accurately forecast the sales pipeline. Document and manage multiple sales cycles through implementation. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners. Build and deepen relationships across the ADP organization. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications Proven Winner . Benefits Compensation ranges from $54,300.00 to $117,400.00 per year, with additional compensation through bonus, equity, and commissions.
