GENERAL MANAGER ~ RESTAURANT MANAGER ~ ASSISTANT MANAGER Long John Silver's is hiring experienced General Managers & Assistant Managers! Positions: General Managers & Assistant Managers Locations: St. Louis, Farmington, and St. Peters Pay Ranges: - General Manager: $50,000 to $60,000 + bonus + benefits - Assistant Manager: $16 to $20 per hour + benefits For over 50 years, Long John Silver’s has been serving up golden, crispy seafood and creating treasured moments for families worldwide. Manager Benefits: - Paid Time Off - Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance - Free meals and discounts - Life Insurance - 401(k) with matching - Career advancement opportunities - A fun and fast paced work environment Key Responsibilities: - Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members - Resolves customer concerns promptly using BAM! to ensure they leave happy and satisfied - Inspires and motivates Crew Members and restaurant management to exceed performance expectations - Drives profitability by effectively managing product projections and minimizing waste - Ensures optimal staffing levels to consistently meet guest service needs - Fosters a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among all Crew Members and management - Ensures all ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with the highest standards of food safety, accuracy, and quality Manager Requirements and Qualifications: - Must have previous Management experience - Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalent - Available to work the required minimum of 40 hours per week - Must have driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work nights and weekends - Take absolute pride in everything you do and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - Bring an upbeat energy and positive attitude to the team - Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form along with abilty to add, subtract, divide in all units of measure Physical Demands: - Regularly required to stand and walk; talk and hear to communicate with employees; and taste/smell - Frequently required to handle, feel and reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Specific vision abilities required for this role include peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus - Occasionally exposed to cooking fumes. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate - Intermittent travel may be required for training, regional support, etc - Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities INTERESTED?
