Customer Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents All other duties as assigned (scanning receipts, data entry, office cleaning, etc.) Job Requirements High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in a related field is preferred At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process;TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®or moving industry experience is valuable Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication Organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities Basic computer/keyboarding skills Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. #J-18808-Ljbffr Two Men and a Truck International Inc.
