Production Supervisor

Job Title Production Supervisor Job Description/Responsibilities This shift will be an onsite position (New Albany, IN) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am. This position is responsible for leading daily bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement across assigned production lines. The Production Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps create a culture focused on operational excellence. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Oversee daily bottling operations to ensure production, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Partner with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to resolve operational issues, optimize line performance, and support business objectives. Manage production documentation, employee performance, and workforce planning activities to ensure efficient operations and team development. Qualifications/Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operating environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
