Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Prior experience, or strong interest, in delivering OT services within schools
• Understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Familiarity with sensory integration and fine motor interventions is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to students as prescribed in their IEPs
• Assess students’ needs and develop effective therapy goals and plans
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes consistently and accurately
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Consult with educational teams to modify classroom activities and environments
• Provide training and support to school personnel and families as needed
