Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Special Education (SPED) credential
• ESA certification required
• Experience teaching Math at the middle school level preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and resource room models
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt instruction for students with mild to moderate disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging math instruction and support in a resource setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Create a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
