Referral Navigator: Accelerate Specialty Care
AltaMed Health Services
AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to enter referral requests accurately and on time, and to manage follow-up on specialty referrals as an integral part of the care team. The role requires a high school diploma with 4 years of experience, and a Medical Assistant certificate is preferred.
