Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule and have your afternoons free.

What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently by:

• Moving, preparing, cutting, inspecting, and packaging materials for production
• Assisting with machine operation and daily manufacturing workflows
• Learning to safely operate Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipment
• Reading and following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Monitoring production equipment and reporting any issues or abnormalities
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting team members and helping meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, moving, and handling materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience operating production machinery or equipment
• Exposure to welding equipment or RF machinery
• Blueprint reading experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whitehall, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
