What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering attentive and personalized customer service.
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
- Partnering with technicians to make accurate recommendations.
- Presenting maintenance programs that suit customer needs.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
- Representing Hyundai with professionalism and pride.
- Contributing to a positive and energetic team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (required).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A polished, professional, and team-player mindset.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
