What You'll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for toddlers ages 18–36 months
- Support language, social-emotional, and motor development through intentional play
- Build trusting relationships with families through open, consistent communication
- Implement Frog Street and Pyramid Model practices with consistency and warmth
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with toddlers or young children in a childcare or classroom setting
- High energy, flexibility, and a whole lot of patience
- Team player with strong communication skills
- CDA, ECE coursework, or willingness to grow — we support continuing education
Pay: $16–$20/hr based on experience
Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–6:00pm
