Speech Language Pathologist

Position: P-Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled P‑Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a P‑Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with various speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work with a diverse population, including children and adults, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication disorders Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate and involve family members and caregivers in treatment plans and strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, teachers, and psychologists, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set forth by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and state licensing board Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited university Current state license in Speech‑Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with pediatric and/or adult populations Knowledge of various speech, language, and communication disorders and their treatment methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies Bilingual abilities a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $45‑50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Relocation assistance and sign‑on incentives available for qualified candidates Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Opportunities for professional development and continuing education If you are a dedicated and compassionate P‑Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with communication disorders, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
