Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience - (Atlanta, GA) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its Neuroscience Patient Engagement team in the Atlanta territory. The role involves educating healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, resolving patient access barriers, and serving as the primary field-based expert for J&J neuroscience therapy access and affordability across four southeastern states.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding requirements, and payer procedures
• Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs and facilitating collaboration
• Partner with internal field teams and managed care colleagues to proactively address patient access and affordability barriers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while managing territory logistics and account business planning
• Serve as subject matter expert on access and affordability solutions across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer types
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Current knowledge of product coverage, coding, and healthcare marketplace dynamics
• Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
