What You'll Do

• Provide hospitalist coverage for adult patients during night and admit shifts
• Manage patient admissions for a closed ICU, averaging 6-8 admissions per night and 4-6 admissions during the 8-hour admit shift
• Document patient care using Epic EMR software
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols for admitting and managing adult patients
• Support hospital operations and patient flow during scheduled shifts

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Massachusetts medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA license
• Minimum 1-year hospitalist experience
• Valid certifications in ACLS, PALS, NRP (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting with Epic EMR
