Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer hands-on assistance to students individually or in small groups, reinforcing instructional materials and activities under teacher guidance
• Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviors to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all students
• Assist with daily classroom routines, organization, and prep work for lessons or activities
• Collaborate with instructional staff to monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Adapt to the day’s needs, whether aiding with assignments, escorting students, or helping with basic care tasks
