General Production Workers

Job Title: General Production Worker $19/hr
Shift: 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m
pay rate: $19.00/hr plus OT
Responsibilities

• Inspect lumber as it comes off the production line to identify defects such as damage, irregularities, or quality issues.
• Mark defective pieces of wood clearly with a marker according to established quality standards.
• Pick up lumber from the production line and stack it with similar pieces in an organized and safe manner.
• Handle lumber and other materials safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team on production lines to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support efficient production and safety.
• Adapt to assigned work area, either lumber stacking or inspection, based on operational needs.
• Support overtime and weekend work as needed to meet production demands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
