Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide respiratory care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients.
• Assist in the delivery of critical care respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with the NICU team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification and SC RCP license required.
• Two years of experience in pediatric, neonate, and infant respiratory therapy.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with bronchoscopy and extubation techniques preferred.
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma and teaching hospital setting preferred.
• Epic charting experience highly desirable.
