Digital Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget. We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role in a regulated industry. You need to be comfortable toggling between creative conversations about ad design and deep-in-the-weeds campaign set up and ad operations. The ideal candidate can communicate with both left and right brained colleagues, and is excited about making numbers go up.
