We provide HIT expert consultancy services to help our PP&T clients with their strategic positioning and management of the evolution of HIT and its impact on their business. The Role

The Graphic Designer role will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing pieces that effectively engage our company's target audiences in a variety of industries. This job will require you to think critically, use an effective creative process, and take on projects from concept to completion, with the goal of producing aesthetically pleasing pieces that help us meet our marketing objectives.

As a part of our creative design team, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and other team members to define project goals, develop work that meets the company's quality standards, and deliver designs that strengthen our brand's position and value.

The graphic designer position will utilize strategy, knowledge and skill across multiple channels, including digital, traditional and non-traditional media, to develop on-brand experiences for our target audiences. Graphic designers will leverage the brand approach to generate ideas, communicate messages and drive action to reach health system goals. As a graphic designer you will have the opportunity to interact with internal teams to understand business goals, develop creative assets and present conceptual approaches.

Responsibilities: 

• Designing a variety of marketing pieces, including webinars, white papers, print ads, brochures, sell sheets, web graphics, web pages, and other content

• Creating information graphics that explain complex concepts in simple, visually interesting ways

• Researching and analyzing project-related information and translating that into finished designs that meet project requirements

• Creating responsive web-page designs that follow user-interface design principles

• Working on cross-functional, collaborative creative teams to develop a variety of projects that meet marketing objectives

• Providing on-brand design solutions that align with strategic approach and drive desired outcomes.

• Developing and presenting design ideas to internal and external clients

• Executing graphic design across all media types (digital, traditional and non-traditional)

• Being responsible for on-going professional development.

• Helping to build and maintain brand standards, brand resources (graphics, photos) and branded assets (templates)

• Multi-tasking and re-prioritizing based on health system needs.

• Designing materials which require critical thinking, communication, interpersonal relationships and technical skills

• Working with clients, vendors, printers

• Bringing new ideas for design and content creation to the team

• Designing templates for: Campaign materials, brochures, logos, tradeshow, and banners.

• Types of work include: PowerPoint presentations, technical illustrations including graphs, tables, diagrams, icon creation, screenshot recreations using Illustrator, multi-page guide layout, interactive pdf worksheets and forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

• Able to effectively implement typography into visual designs in an aesthetic way

• Can quickly prototype design ideas through sketches, storyboards, mockups, and wireframes

• Understands complex and technical concepts

• Manages time well and be able to carry projects from start to finish

• Strong professional communication skills

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Team, with an ability to sync files with Microsoft OneDrive and/or communicate through Teams

Additional Skills Not Required, But Are a Plus

• Marketing experience

• Videography and video editing experience

• Motion graphic design experience

• Familiarity with manufacturing or IT industry

• SEO knowledge or experience
