Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Murfreesboro, TN. The Real Estate Agent will prospect for new clients, build relationships, and maintain a pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and drafting and negotiating purchase contracts. The role involves coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and brokerage standards. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other professionals, while using brokerage and CENTURY 21 tools to market listings and track activities. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property principles and regulations. Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, buying, and selling residential or commercial properties. Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and negotiate favorable terms. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client advocacy. Familiarity with local Murfreesboro, TN market trends and neighborhoods is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and online listing platforms; comfort with digital marketing is a plus.
