Base Salary: $60,000 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience supporting Human Resources operations, and the ability to manage employee-related processes with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Support daily Human Resources operations, including new hire processing, onboarding coordination, personnel record maintenance, performance evaluation tracking, and HR administrative support Maintain accurate employee files, HR trackers, and electronic records while proactively following up on outstanding documentation and administrative tasks Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, leave requests, compensation, policies, and general employment matters while escalating complex issues as needed Partner with HR team members to support benefits administration, benefit audits, employee enrollment, wellness initiatives, engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication efforts Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and workplace events while helping foster a collaborative, employee-focused culture across the firm Qualifications Bachelors degree required in Human Resources or related field; Proven experience in Human Resources or related field for 1-2 years; Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong technical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
