We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests.
Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need. Candidate must have reliable transportation, including being able to drive in snow.
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Requirements
- Personal lines PC license required.
- Customer experience required with great customer service skills.
- Must be responsible, punctual, reliable, and a person who holds themselves to a high level of integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Word Excel, scanning uploading documents into Windows based programs.
