Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant Mt Juliet, TN (Onsite) Experience: 10 Years Duration: Long term Contract Need LinkedIn & Passport No with the profile Mandatory Skills: Supply chain management Job Description: We are seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Responsibilities: Possess in-depth functional and some technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules. Support Warehouse Operations team during SIT, UAT, and go-live phases. Be onsite 5 days a week initially, operating on Warehouse schedule from onboarding until year-end, transitioning to 3 days a week afterward. Maintain regular work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Provide technical assistance and solutions to Product Team and Operations leadership. Triages, troubleshoots, and routes Oracle application issues to Tier III support. Create Change Requests for interim or permanent solutions as needed. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, implementing configuration and setup changes when authorized. Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand EBS functionalities. Run SQL scripts to diagnose production issues. Interact with customers and third-party teams for IT issue resolution. Support audit readiness and internal control evaluations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience investigating, researching, resolving production issues, and performing Root Cause Analysis. Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments. PL/SQL development skills.
