Job Description
Shape the educational journey of K-12 students while making a meaningful impact as a contracted School Psychologist. Partner with a supportive district and lend your expertise to help foster student development and emotional well-being. This full-time opportunity, running as soon as possible through May 2027, offers a flexible structure with a 35-hour workweek and virtual interview process for your convenience.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting K-12 populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management capabilities
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads and partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for K-12 students
- Provide direct and indirect counseling services
- Interpret assessment results and deliver findings to support learning plans
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents/guardians, and related service providers
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans and strategies
- Handle required documentation, progress reports, and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support and consult with school staff and administrators as needed
