What you’ll be doing Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. Compensation and Benefits You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions; top performers could earn over $65,000 annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance. Best in class medical, dental, and vision. Verizon 401(k) plan with up to 6% matching contributions. One or more years of relevant experience (e.g., sales, customer service, military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedule known four weeks in advance. Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission‑based environment. Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
