Seven Oaks Search is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support strategic decision-making. This role is critical in managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and process improvements while leading a team within a dynamic healthcare environment.

This role is critical in managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and process improvements while leading a team within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and key stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and trends to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions within a healthcare setting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts and financial records.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain financial integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support financial planning and cost containment in a healthcare environment.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, healthcare financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Implement and optimize accounting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and recommend process improvements tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, healthcare financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- May require occasional overtime or travel, depending on business needs.
