Shift : 24/7 on-call coverage; round and go model with call from home; approximately 7 shifts per month

Position Details:

Patient Population: Pediatric and newborn nursery
Setting: Hospital-based pediatric hospitalist service
Responsibilities: Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, provide newborn nursery care, perform pediatric consultations for the Emergency Department, perform circumcisions, collaborate with Neonatologists, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Procedures: Circumcisions and pediatric inpatient care
EMR System:
Support Staff: 3 Pediatric Hospitalists with Neonatology support
Days Per Month: Approximately 7 shifts
On-Call/Weekends: 24/7 call coverage with round and go model from home

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified in Pediatrics
Ohio license (or willing to obtain)
DEA prior to start
NPDB Self Query within 30 days
Leadership experience preferred
