Collision Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

Gerber Collision & Glass

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurers and customers. You will document details, guide the repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
