It started with a multi-year initiative to modernize and accelerate its Lead-to-Value (L2V) chain — the five-stage journey (Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Ship-to-Install, Install-to-Value) that carries a customer from first contact through activation and billing. It's one of Anova's largest active strategic programs, spanning five workstreams each targeting meaningful gains in sales velocity, operational efficiency, and customer time-to-value. Today, each stage runs as its own initiative with its own business-side lead in Sales, Finance, or Operations — there is no single roadmap, backlog, or product owner tying the five stages together. That's this role.The Lead-to-Value Product Manager takes end-to-end product ownership of the L2V program, turning five parallel, business-led initiatives — spanning our CRM, ERP, and billing platforms — into one coherent, sequenced, evidence-based roadmap. You'll partner closely with the business leads of all five stages, manage the dependency chain that connects their systems, and represent Lead-to-Value in front of executive program sponsors.The Lead-to-Value program is a stepping stone to the Anova’s broader three-year Agentic AI Iniative to make Anova a Native AI enterprise — one where agentic AI and automation are designed into how core processes run, not added on afterward.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Own the Lead-to-Value backlog end-to-end. Stand up and maintain the L2V product backlog and project workspace.Build the roadmap across all five stages, not inside any one of them. Sequence work across Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Ship-to-Install, and Install-to-Value based on real dependencies — in partnership with each stage's existing business owner, without duplicating their day-to-day ownership of requirements, delivery, or adoption within that stage.Run cross-workstream discovery and synthesis. Meet regularly with the leads of all five stages — Lead-to-Opportunity (demand generation), Opportunity-to-Order (Salesforce), Order-to-Ship (ERP), Ship-to-Install (field operations), and Install-to-Value (billing) — to build and continuously validate the dependency map between them.Own the connective tissue between stages. Write business cases for make vs buy decisions and specs for the dependencies and integration points that sit between workstreams — shared data, handoffs, sequencing — partnering with our CRM and ERP implementation partners and Anova's data and analytics team to turn them into buildable, sequenced work.Own the metrics layer. Define and instrument adoption and outcome metrics for each stage in partnership with our analytics team, so funnel velocity, billing accuracy, and installation velocity are measured consistently rather than assembled by hand for each update.Manage the shared dependency chain. Pricebook consolidation, account data quality, and clean order data are prerequisites several workstreams depend on; you own visibility into what's blocking what and drive resolution before it costs another stage its milestone.Bring a point of view on AI sequencing. Our L2V roadmap already assumes AI at nearly every stage — from lead scoring to forecasting to installation routing. You help decide what gets built once and reused across stages, in partnership with our AI and engineering teams, rather than five one-off efforts. That includes making the build-vs-buy call at each stage — adopting a common off-the-shelf tool versus building custom APIs, dashboards, or agentic workflows on Anova’s own data and orchestration layer — in line with Anova’s Agentic AI initiatives and governed by the AI Handbook’s human-in-the-loop guardrails.Represent Lead-to-Value up and out. Own the recurring L2V program report-out and quarterly executive strategic planning materials; be the credible, prepared voice on L2V status, risk, and resourcing needs in front of program sponsors.Partner with IT on tooling governance. Stand up the L2V workspace following IT's established naming and system configuration standards, in partnership with the team that owns those conventions.Outcomes you'll ownA single Lead-to-Value roadmap and backlog. Where all workstreams are tracked independently, you build and maintain the one prioritized, evidence-based view of what's shipping, in what order, and why. Sales and quote-to-cash velocity. You own the product-side inputs behind faster quoting and faster order processingShip-to-Install and field inventory. You own efficiency of installation process — reducing field inventory and shortening the time between shipment and installation — in close partnership with our field operations and deployment teams.Install-to-Value and billing outcomes. You hold the unified billing workstream accountable to days-sales-outstanding, billing accuracy, and transaction-cost goals, and manage its dependency on clean pricebook and order data flowing out of our CRM and ERP systems.Cross-workstream dependency management. You are the person who sees across all five stages at once — surfacing and resolving shared blockers and resourcing conflicts between concurrent initiatives before they become executive escalations.A working system of record. You stand up the L2V workspace — a product backlog, metrics dashboard, and decision/risk log —, replacing status-by-slide-deck with a real backlog and a real operating cadence.Executive-ready reporting. You own the recurring L2V program report-out and quarterly strategic planning materials — credible and data-backed, not assembled ad hoc the week before.How you'll work at Anova You write to think. Specs, one-pagers, dependency maps, and decision memos are how a five-workstream, cross-functional program stays aligned without another status meeting. AI can help; writing well remains your skill to own.You use AI as leverage. You're fluent with LLMs for research, synthesis, drafting, and analysis, and you bring a working point of view on where AI should show up first in Anova's Lead-to-Value chain — and where it's already live.You reason from data. You define the metric before you commit to a milestone, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting the numbers yourself in a modern BI tool rather than waiting on someone else's dashboard. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum Requirements -Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or computer science; or equivalent combination of education/experience5+ years of product or program management experience, including at least one initiative where you owned a cross-functional business-systems or revenue-operations transformation (CRM, ERP, or billing) end-to-end — from problem definition through measurable business outcomes.8+ years of total professional experience, spanning product management, engineering, or related technical functions.Direct experience with Salesforce and/or a modern ERP platform (Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) — you can read a data model, understand integration points, and hold a real conversation with an implementation partner or admin about scope and trade-offs.Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams with different business owners (Sales, Finance, Operations) and turning that into one prioritized roadmap rather than five disconnected trackers.Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders — you can walk into a room with executive sponsors, present a credible status and risk picture, and make a resourcing ask.A track record of building product or program management discipline (backlog, ticketing system, metrics cadence) in an organization that didn't already have it — you're comfortable creating the system, not just running one that exists.Quantitative fluency: comfortable with funnel and conversion metrics, cycle time, DSO, and margin-adjacent metrics, and capable of building or reading an instrumentation plan in a BI tool.Demonstrated use of AI and LLM tools in a PM or program-management context — for research, synthesis, spec drafting, or data analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication, equally effective in hands-on working sessions and executive-level reporting.Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, primarily domestic, including to Blair, NE and other Anova sites.Preferred Qualifications-Experience in a B2B industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment, ideally one running a lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash transformation.Hands-on experience with Epicor, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, HubSpot, or Zoho Billing (or comparable platforms in each category).Experience partnering with a systems-integration or implementation partner (e.g., a Salesforce SI) as the internal product owner.Background in a venture- or private-equity-backed, high-growth company where the operating cadence and reporting rigor were still being built.PMP, CSPO, or equivalent program/product management certification.Experience standing up a Jira or comparable work-management practice from scratch.Hands-on comfort with AI “vibe coding” and PM tooling (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Dazl, ChatPRD) to rapidly prototype, validate, and document process concepts before a formal build.DepartmentProduct ManagementEmployment TypeFull-TimeMinimum ExperienceExperienced
