Licensed Counselor- Contractor role

Are you an experienced behavioral coach passionate about helping people create lasting change? This position starts as a part-time independent contractor role with flexible hours and strong potential to grow into full-time as our program expands. Key Responsibilities Lead individual and group coaching sessions using CBT principles Guide clients as they develop and follow daily plans for nutrition, fitness, positive psychology, and personal growth Help clients troubleshoot challenges, manage setbacks, and build sustainable habits Foster a warm, encouraging atmosphere that empowers clients on their weight loss and personal growth journeys Collaborate with the medical team to integrate behavioral support with clinical care Participate in ongoing training in our specific LifePlan coaching style and curricula What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven background in CBT, weight loss coaching/behavioral change, and wellness coaching Personal Qualities: Warm, empathetic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; ability to build trust quickly with clients Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with medical professionals and open to training in our evidence-based, holistic approach (integrating personal growth principles from Maxwell, Covey, Brown, and others) Other: Passion for nutrition, gut health, and sustainable lifestyle change is a big plus.
