Healthcare Attorney

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Healthcare Associate to join its highly regarded Columbus office. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised healthcare practice advising hospitals, health systems, academic medical centres, physician groups, insurers, and other healthcare organisations on a broad range of complex regulatory, transactional, and operational matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated healthcare matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, fraud and abuse issues, reimbursement, licensing, privacy, and governance. The role offers exposure to high-profile clients, significant responsibility from the outset, and the opportunity to develop expertise across one of the most dynamic and evolving areas of legal practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Experience advising clients on healthcare law matters gained at a recognised law firm.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, reimbursement, licensing, and compliance issues.
• Experience supporting healthcare transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate governance matters is advantageous.
