About This Role

CELECTS Education is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun, supportive clinic environment.

Whether you're already an RBT or are completely new to the field, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. Every day you'll help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills while celebrating meaningful milestones alongside an experienced team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, want a career that makes a real difference, and are looking for consistent afternoon hours and Saturday opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism using individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills through fun, engaging activities.
• Build positive relationships with clients while encouraging confidence, independence, and success.
• Implement behavior support strategies and reinforcement techniques to help children achieve meaningful goals.
• Collect simple data during sessions to monitor client progress and communicate observations to your supervising BCBA.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized treatment environment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work afternoons and Saturdays
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using technology to complete electronic data collection and session documentation.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required . Paid training is provided for qualified candidates who are not yet certified.
• Previous experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or in education, childcare, healthcare, or human services is preferred but not required.
