Join our dynamic team at Home and Mobile Home Improvement Center as a Home Improvement Residential and Mobile Homes Installer! This exciting role offers the opportunity to enhance the living spaces of our clients in Florence, SC, while working with a passionate team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and mobile home structures, including roofing, siding, and flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- The ability to repair and install basic plumbing and electrical systems.
- Capable of driving a truck hauling a trailer with products and equipment.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored home improvement solutions.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate progress and any challenges to project managers and clients.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Proven experience in home improvement or construction, particularly with mobile homes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Must agree to drug, alcohol, and background checks .
