Greystar seeks a Community Manager for a Lease-Up property in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead the on-site team, oversee daily operations, leasing, and budgeting to meet occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations. You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and coordinate owner communications, with an emphasis on strong customer service and lease enforcement.
