Experience: 2+ years of estate planning / trusts & estates experience Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + discretionary bonus A highly respected boutique law firm in Boca Raton that is adding an Estate Planning Paralegal to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants to work on sophisticated trust and estate matters, have meaningful responsibility, and work closely with experienced attorneys rather than getting lost in a large-firm structure. The practice is heavily focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, asset protection, and related sophisticated matters , with a client base that includes high-net-worth individuals and families. Support end-to-end trust and estate administration, including asset transfers and beneficiary distributions. Prepare, organize, and file necessary court documentation and pleadings for probate proceedings. Coordinate the formal execution, asset funding, title transfers, and finalized organization of estate plans. Assist with legal research and the implementation of specialized asset protection strategies. Communicate directly with clients, CPAs, financial advisors, and outside institutions to advance active matters. Conduct detailed document reviews, conduct legal research, and maintain comprehensive client files. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning, trusts & estates, probate, or a closely related practice Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys Professional, intellectually curious, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced boutique environment A thick-skinned, highly capable professional who can take ownership and move matters forward Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. In addition to base compensation, the firm offers a discretionary annual bonus based on individual performance, profitability, and overall firm performance, along with an additional annual holiday bonus opportunity.
