Ziker Cleaners - Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician, Full Time

Are you a highly skilled maintenance professional who can diagnose equipment issues, troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, and keep operations running at peak performance? Ziker Cleaners is looking for a hands-on maintenance expert to maintain our industrial equipment, production systems, and facilities across multiple locations. If you enjoy solving technical problems, preventing downtime, and making a real impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
• Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
• Primarily a Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Some Saturdays and occasional after-hours emergency response as needed

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to problem solver helping keep our business running.

• Troubleshoot and repair washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and costly repairs
• Handle building repairs including plumbing, lighting, doors, drywall, paint, locks, and general upkeep
• Support retail stores, production plant, and office locations
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Improve efficiency, equipment reliability, and facility appearance
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records
• Maintain safe work practices and OSHA compliance

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with tools, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
• Pride in quality work and ownership mentality

Required Experience

• Maintenance, facilities, industrial, or manufacturing experience
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, welding, or boiler knowledge
• Preventative maintenance systems experience
• Multi-site property or equipment maintenance experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift 70+ lbs when needed
• Frequent bending, climbing ladders, lifting, and movement
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and around machinery
