Work Environment

This position is carried out onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. As part of a concierge medicine model, you will deliver house calls and personalized care, reinforcing our commitment to integrated behavioral health services that address both the psychological and physical needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Implement medication management, continually monitoring the effectiveness of prescribed treatments, and adjusting as necessary based on patient response.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention to patients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing evidence-based techniques to stabilize their mental health.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through counseling and psychoeducation aimed at empowering patients in their mental health journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
