Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose various mental health conditions across a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, effectively utilizing clinical interviews and diagnostic tools.
• Manage medication therapy by evaluating treatment efficacy, adjusting dosages as needed, and educating patients on their prescriptions to maximize compliance and therapeutic outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated health care services, improving the overall health of patients through a holistic approach.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support, assisting patients during acute emotional distress and working collaboratively during emergencies to ensure safe resolutions.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and access to care, participating in educational programs to destigmatize mental health issues.
• Deliver therapeutic support through individual counseling and psychoeducational sessions, teaching coping strategies and life skills for better mental health.
• Maintain and manage patient documentation with precision and confidentiality, consistently adhering to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible for treatment continuity.

Compensation and Benefits
