Continuous Improvement Manager
Lead CI initiatives and Lean transformation. Train teams on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze performance metrics and drive improvement. Identify waste reduction opportunities. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
- BS degree required
- 5-10 years in CI/Lean roles
- Formal Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong data analysis and facilitation skills
- Manufacturing background required
