Lead Pediatric Dental Hygienist
Our team is looking for the right person to serve as the expert in dental hygiene. While we would prefer someone with prior pediatric dental experience, the right person is the most important qualification. If your why is about teaching patients the proper techniques along with dietary guidelines; this may be the right position for you!
Pay
$45~$55 per hour
Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
-After 60 days of employment, eligible for healthcare
-After 3 months of employment, PTO and holiday pay is awarded!

Requirements
- Basic life support
- Dentrix
- Experienced Dental Hygienist (2+ years)
- Licensed dental hygienist
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Job Description
Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth to prevent decay and gum disease.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and current dental conditions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Take digital films as necessary to allow for complete diagnosis.
Provide patient education on best oral hygiene practices along with dietary guidance to minimize oral health issues.
Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Dentrix, reviewing documentation for completeness.

Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday and Wednesday: 8AM-5PM; Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30AM - 5PM; Closed on Friday
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
