Sourcing and Category Manager

About the Role To support the company's engagement with suppliers in any capacity. In partnership with business owners, the Supplier Manager will ensure that best practices established by the procurement organization are followed and executed with any supplier engagement that includes but is not limited to: sourcing a supplier for new or expanded capabilities performing supplier business reviews running RFPs or RFIs selecting a supplier from an RFP contract negotiations and contracting contract renewals supplier performance resolution Lead supplier engagement activities, partner with business owners to align suppliers with strategic goals, oversee contract renewal process, plan and conduct annual and periodic reviews, coordinate quarterly business reviews with top suppliers, manage stakeholders and demonstrate stakeholder‑management skills, and maintain compliance with all bank regulations. The role may also involve coaching, mentoring, training, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain (preferred) 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in supplier management across indirect categories of spend (required) Understanding of contracting and contract negotiations Analytical skills and experience with Excel (tables, pivot tables) Project management experience and demonstrated project‑management skills Stakeholder management skills Occasional travel Compensation Base pay range: $70,000.00 to $115,000.00. Additional performance‑based incentive compensation may be offered.
