Oncology Late Stage Clinical Development Scientist, Senior Manager (Non MD) -- Multiple Openings

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager to oversee scientific strategy and data integrity for late-stage oncology clinical trials. The role involves protocol development, regulatory coordination, safety monitoring, and cross-functional partnership to advance oncology programs from phase 3 through approval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical development expert and scientific lead for assigned oncology studies
• Oversee data integrity, quality, and emerging clinical data; lead data review strategy and analysis
• Author and contribute to protocols, informed consent documents, clinical reports, and regulatory submissions
• Partner with medical colleagues to monitor drug safety profile and communicate safety changes to stakeholders
• Represent trial team in governance meetings and support preparations for Health Authority meetings

Requirements

• PhD or PharmD in relevant science with 2+ years clinical research industry experience, OR Master's with 5+ years, OR Bachelor's with 7+ years
• Phase 3/pivotal oncology clinical trial experience, preferably on sponsor side with regulatory approval track record
• Deep knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements
• Expertise in clinical operations, safety assessment, biostatistics, and regulatory disciplines
• Experience managing large datasets and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scientific software
• Strong presentation, written communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Published or presented scientific work; demonstrated ability to work independently and across teams

Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base annually, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentives
