We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a well-established healthcare organization in Northern California. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient 4-day workweek designed to promote work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and no after hours responsibilities
• Provide counseling and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population in a community-focused setting
• Work alongside experienced clinical and administrative staff committed to your success

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive starting salary of 104,000 with incentives for upside earning potential
• 25,000 signing bonus, 10,000 for relocation assistance, and 6 months of free housing available

Position Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Must have a full, active California LCSW license or one in process (associate-level licenses will not be considered)
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based care environment
