Compensation and Benefits This role offers $50,000 to $125,000+ annual earning potential through flat-rate incentives, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus based on performance. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll manage a high volume of inbound automotive internet leads and customer inquiries. You'll follow up quickly and professionally by phone, email, text, chat, and social media to answer questions, build trust, and schedule appointments. You'll also help support dealership visibility online by creating and sharing digital content such as vehicle photos, videos, reels, and social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys inside sales, lead generation, customer follow-up, appointment setting, CRM activity, social media engagement, and automotive sales support .
