The Role As an Account Manager, you will nurture client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their review goals are met. Key Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of our services and tailor them to client needs. Assist clients in defining Google review strategies and setting achievable targets. Monitor account performance and adjust review strategies. Conduct regular check-ins for updates, feedback, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues. Stay updated on Google review trends and provide informed advice. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.
